This happens when there is a strong placement of planets, signs, or houses which indicate love-subpersonalities as well as other placements which suggest prominent will-subpersonalities.
 
If this is the case, the person will experience some conflict or lack of integration between his or her love and will needs.
 
You see a person who is deadlocked between, “When do I blend, adjust, and balance,” and “when do I say no, you adjust to me.”
