Würden und Schwächen im Krebs?

Cancer

Ruler:  Moon
The Moon is in a traditionally supportive environment in Cancer. Both planet and sign signify rhythmic cycles of waxing and waning, and so in Cancer the Moon’s tidal rhythms become all-important, particularly linked to the person’s emotional ‘weather’. This Moon placement will be a powerful barometer of subtle changes in the internal and external environments, giving rise to a capacity for sensitivity and empathy, but also the potential for powerful  mood swings which can threaten to overtake a more rational perspective.

Exaltation:  Jupiter
Traditionally, a powerful and positive placement, with Jupiter supporting the nurturing and caring qualities of Cancer. On the other hand, this placement can lead to a tendency to become over-dependent, to cling to others, to be over-protective and to hold on at all costs.

Detriment:  Saturn
Traditionally, Saturn in Cancer might suggest a degree of emotional inhibition or hunger. On the other hand, this placement can describe the ability to learn to take care of one’s own needs, to be responsible for the care of others, to work hard for the benefit of the family, and to be a responsible parent.

Fall:  Mars
Traditionally, Mars was seen as ‘weak’ in this sign. However, with this placement individuals can learn to protect their feelings and their personal security. They may be particularly adept at fighting on behalf of others who are vulnerable or in need of a champion.
